Best Western Hotel Major

BWH it’s well worth the money,the rooms are spacious-we had a family room which basically are 2rooms connected, briliant for a family with older children like ours.The hotel is only 2minutes from metro station and only 4stops away to “piazza del Duomo”. If travelling by car,the hotel has a private parking with individual garage which is a good asset for a big city where parking is difficult. Staff is helpful and nice.

The property is next to the steps from the metro Lodi Tibb, which was very useful for me for the extremely short stay that I had here. The checkin was smooth and everything was ready when I arrived including the keys. The staff was welcoming and I felt at ease. The room was modern and stylish though quite spartan. The bed was soft and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. There is a Lidl next door and lots of nice restaurants that are open late into the night unlike more central areas where they close shop much earlier. I got a local taxi to the airport through the Uber app quickly in the morning and saved 20 euro extra being charged by the hotel for an airport drop. Overall a short but good experience.

Comfortable bed and generally good facilities. Staff was very friendly - both at reception and in breakfast area. We did not have breakfast in our booking but it was extended to us without added cost. Location was next to station on yellow line so it was very convenient. Elevators were nice and clean and therefore staying on 7th floor was not a problem. Luggage storage facility is available in case you check out early.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in moving my luggage as well as providing information. Cleaning services were top notch. The location was very good and close to the subway. The kitchen staff were also very professional.

The staff were incredibly helpful with our luggage and arranging the parking. Although an extra 20 euros per night, this was good value considering we were able to put our LWB Berlingo into one of their lockable garages in a secure area to the rear of the building. No issue getting it into the space and it is a large vehicle. You need to pull up into one of the street spaces on the sp11 which runs alongside the hotel initially in order to check in and when a member of staff will then come with the key to the garage area ( which is just past the street parking on the sp11) to let you in. The room was comfortable and the metro easy to use to get to Duomo/ La Scala in 10-15 mins, the stop being right next to the hotel.
